Labs was established in 1990 in the state of Texas, with the purpose of providing
confidential tests and screenings, has been doing so for the past 12 years for

screening and specimen collection for DOT and non DOT companies, at our client's
request, our services soon expanded to include corporate health awareness fairs,
which enable employees to obtain chemistry profiles for affordable fees. Immediately

and on-site specimen collecting for drug and alcohol screenings, all the way through
full panel blood chemistry profiles, corporate health fairs, and even including

All HS Labs drug screenings are performed in a SAMHSA certified laboratory. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is responsible for determining a laboratory's suitability to conduct drug testing for federally mandated programs. SAMHSA requires blind specimen proficiency testing of every batch of tests run. In addition, double blind specimen proficiency testing is required at the company level. Certified Testing assures testing laboratories meet the certification laws. The SAMHSA rules are so rigid that only 68 of over 2000 laboratories in the U.S. qualify. Medical Review Officer
(MRO): The medical review officer is responsible to verify every drug test
that is performed. This service is required with federally mandated testing. Certified
Testing uses only MRO's that have been certified by the American Association of
